title Palgrave Players at the Corn Hall, Diss - 12th June 2026 intro For the first time ever, the Palgrave Players are doing a performance at the Corn Hall in Diss. It's an additional night of the previous three-night Garboldisham run of Going Back to the 60s - a juke-box musical of banging 60s tunes threaded together by a story largely based upon the actual memories of Cathy, one of the cast. Nosher and Fred are both in the band, on Hammond organ and flute/saxophone respectively, for the Wednesday tech rehearsal and the performance itself - to a sold-out crowd of 220 - on the Friday night. imgp0830 The scene in the Corn Hall imgp0832 A view from up in the stalls imgp0836 Fred and George imgp0838 Tim plugs some cables in imgp0840 The Going Back to the 60s stage is set imgp0843 The digital mixing desk imgp0845 Fred warms up his saxophone imgp0846 The Green Room and a rack of 60s dresses imgp0847 The sparkly jacket massive imgp0848 A photo of Diss market place in the 1900s imgp0849 Normally unseen backs of houses imgp0850 AJ and Fred head down to the auditorium imgp0853 The top of St. Nicholas Street in Diss imgp0855 Fred heads back into the Corn Hall imgp0859 Cathal and Nicola kick off some thank-yous imgp0862 Nicola gives another thank-you card out imgp0864 Applause for someone
