intro	The Gislingham Silver Band is playing its last gig of the year: the carol service at St. Mary Magdalene in Thornham Magna. Then, Nosher and the boys are off to Norwich to do a bit more Christmas shopping, where the accordion player from the band Foreign Locals is playing to the daytime drinkers on Gentleman's Walk, shortly before the rozzers turn up to haul one of the boozers off for being unruly.
