title Hexachordia at All Saints Church, Stuston, Suffolk - 17th June 2023 intro We're off to a gig at the church of All Saints in Stuston, where the early-music group Hexachordia is playing an interesting set of tunes on lutes, viols, tambors, recorders and early bagpipes, which is based upon and contemporaneous with some of the works of Shakespeare. Before the concert, afternoon tea is served in the garden of the old rectory, and afterwards there's a raffle and we have a game of badminton in the grounds. Later on, Fred suggests a quick walk around the "resevoir loop", and before that there's another Wednesday ride to the Mellis Railway, and a Thursday ride to the Half Moon at Rushall. imgp0081 Mick the Brick has a slurp at the Railway imgp0082 The Railway Tavern's bar imgp0083 Mick outside the Mellis Railway imgp0086 We head off up the road back to Yaxley imgp0087 The Tiny Cats are out on the side field imgp0090 Molly - Tiny Cat - gets scared by some Chamomile imgp0097 The Boy Phil crosses the road at Billingford imgp0001 The church of All Saints, Stuston imgp0002 Fred gets ready to do a bit of cubing imgp0003 Tara's on raffle-ticket duty imgp0006 Isobel and Harry have got some tea imgp0011 Oak, Fred and Harry do some sort of ball game imgp0013 Wavy carries the furniture around imgp0014 The band sets up in the church imgp0015 A pile of instruments imgp0018 Stuston's All Saints church imgp0019 Some church graffiti from 1720 imgp0020 A flower arrangement in a church window imgp0022 Hexachordia after their gig imgp0029 Harry builds a Jenga tower imgp0032 Harry gets to ring the gong imgp0035 "John Craven" draws a raffle ticket imgp0040 Fred wins at Jenga as Oak topples the pile imgp4494 We find a tree covered in caterpillar cobwebs imgp4496 We have a short walk around the Resevoir loop imgp4500 Dog/Ox Eye/Bull daisies by the resevoir imgp4504 Fred sits by the edge of the resevoir imgp4506 A mass of Dog Daisies
