intro	We'd racked up a load of empty SodaStream gas bottles and the nearest place to change them, without having to post them, is Sainsbury's in Thetford. So by way of something to do, we head up to job that job, a journey which also provides something of an homage to the late Grandad's favourite pastime of visiting the Thetford municipal tip. Whilst there, we have lunch in the Bell Inn, and then visit the extensive ruins of the old Thetford Abbey - yet another casualty of Henry VIII's dissolution of the monasteries.
