intro	Isobel's dropping Harry off at a Cubs camp and is then off to Norwich, so it's just Nosher and Fred, along with Amelia, who's over for a sleepover, down at the Weybread Sailing Club. There's a sort-of "club day" going on, so there are people around doing ad-hoc lessons, as well as a supply of canoes, kayaks and various small dinghies available for try-outs. We get an hour of canoe tutelage, after which Fred and Milly, plus her friend Emma, score some sit-on Kayaks and paddle about for a couple of hours. The next day, Isobel's over at the Oaksmere for some baby party, so we join up later and have some tea on the terrace.
