title A Team Outing at Namco Funscape, South Bank, London - 27th March 2019 intro Nosher's team at work has one of its occasional "away days", and this time it's a return to Namco Funscape, near the London Eye on the South Bank of the Thames in that London. On the way down, as it's not a working commute, there's more of a chance to catch up with trackside dereliction - such as the 1860s Fison's North Warehouse, currently the subject of attempts to get it restored or at least preserved - and graffiti. Then, on the way back, instead of getting the tube all the way back from Waterloo to Liverpool Street, there's an exit at Bank and a chance to wander more slowly along the roads, which reveals interesting details normally missed when cycling frantically to the station. imgp8220 An ancient MRCT trailer in a field imgp8225 The Fison's North warehouse in Bramford imgp8228 The listed Fison's warehouse on Papermill Lane imgp8230 The whole of the Fison's warehouse, and graffiti imgp8233 Signalling runs over graffiti on a wall imgp8234 More signal wiring boxes over graffiti imgp8237 Huge piles of crushed concrete imgp8243 A derelict building is demolished imgp8245 A wall is left hanging imgp8246 Some concrete block structure is partially demolished imgp8247 Graffiti down by the Regents Canal imgp8248 The curious "Lego" room by the tracks imgp8250 A London scrapyard imgp8254 Moarain House near Bethnal Green imgp8258 A T8C! tag imgp8262 The train snakes into Liverpool Street imgp8263 The entrance to Liverpool Street is full of trains imgp8266 Back at Waterloo Station imgp8267 Graffiti on a wall imgp8268 The fancy new buildings on York Road are complete imgp8269 The original 1960s buildings on York Road imgp8272 The Elizabeth Clock Tower is covered in scaffolding imgp8273 Ken wanders past a rank of claw machines imgp8281 John lines up a tricky shot imgp8282 Sumaiya plays table tennis imgp8287 Hanging out on the bowling lanes imgp8293 There's some bowling action imgp8298 Tehmur pretends he can't bowl imgp8303 Hak and Dongyi play table tennis imgp8310 Tehmur takes a shot imgp8314 David cues up imgp8323 Dongyi and Abdelhak are a blur imgp8330 A long exposure in the games room imgp8336 We try out an escape room imgp8338 Praveen puzzles it out imgp8339 We head off into the games area imgp8352 Praveen and Tehmur "help" out on a VR thing imgp8362 Ben ina dodgem imgp8367 Red lights on the dodgems imgp8376 Ben and Matt do some shooting imgp8386 Praveen on a VR motorbike imgp8388 Praveen does some VR imgp8410 Tehmur is assisted on a VR game imgp8427 Dominic on the air hockey table imgp8453 Painting with the lights of the dodgems imgp8476 More air hockey imgp8485 There are big crowds milling around the Eye imgp8487 The remaining 1960s buildings on York Road imgp8489 York Road imgp8490 Cast-iron railway bridge, and 10Foot graffiti imgp8491 A grim passage to Waterloo station imgp8492 The back of the York Road buildings imgp8493 The rare sight of an empty tube station imgp8494 The infinite tunnels imgp8495 The steps out of Bank tube station imgp8496 Looking up Lombard Street to the Lloyds Building imgp8498 Looking into the sun over Bank Junction imgp8499 This looks like a scene out of Inception imgp8502 Tower 42 - formerly known as the NatWest Tower imgp8503 A building teeters over a footbridge on Wormwood Street imgp8508 Behind an office block is a Victorian public baths imgp8514 An indoor arcade called, er, The Arcade imgp8515 Liverpool Street Station
