title The RSPB Charity Bike Ride, Little Glemham, Suffolk - 5th August 2012 intro Isobel has been in training for a few weeks for a 35 mile ride around East Suffolk, taking in Glemham, Peasenhall and Leiston, amongst others, before returning to Glemham. Although it's a charity ride, Isobel and some of the cycling "mommies" are mostly doing it for the personal challenge, with abilities ranging from cycling across Kenya to barely having been on a bike for the last ten years. Meanwhile, Nosher and The Boys are hanging out in The Van, awaiting the return. Afterwards, we head over to Southwold to find some lunch at the Adnam's kitchen-shop café. imgp4798 Kirstie's van is unloaded imgp4804 An adjustment is made to a troublesome mudguard imgp4805 Katrina says hello to Harry imgp4807 Milling around imgp4811 Isobel in a group photo before the Off imgp4815 The riders head off across the grass imgp4816 Near the starting line imgp4817 Isobel stops to check something imgp4828 Isobel's group goes by imgp4830 Isobel models her "Bradley Wiggins" sideburns imgp4832 Cyclists head off imgp4840 An out-house window with an abandoned banana imgp4842 What look like stables at Glemham Hall imgp4843 The back of Glemham Hall imgp4845 The north end of Glemham Hall imgp4846 Sculptures in the garden imgp4851 The riders return and show off their certificates imgp4852 Some sort of stretching occurs imgp4854 Harry, Isobel and Fred in an old copper vat imgp4855 Lunch in the Adnam's kitchen imgp4857 Harry, Isobel and Fred imgp4858 Fred outside Adnam's brewery imgp4860 Fred sits on a "pirate cannon" imgp4861 Fred on St. James Green imgp4862 Southwold beach huts imgp4863 A seahorse and a catfish, made of sand imgp4865 Fred stomps about on the sand imgp4875 On the beach near the pier imgp4878 Fred digs in to the sand imgp4881 The cute and tiny "Electric Picture Palace" imgp4882 A moped decorated for passing a riding test imgp4884 The bog-roll-covered moped in Stradbroke imgp4885 All-Saints Church, Stradbroke
