intro	It's Christmas Day, or thereabouts, and we're up at The Swan for a lunchtime beer before it's actual Christmas dinner. Before that, Wavy and Martina come over, giving Fred a chance at an early Christmas present, and in the following days we go up to Norwich for a walk around the cathedral, and then over to Knettishall Heath for a walk in the woods.
