The First Latitude Festival, Henham, Suffolk - 14th July 2006

Nosher, Isobel and The Boy Phil head off to sample a day at the very first Latitude Festival, held at Henham Park near Southwold in Suffolk. It turns out to be a great day, with a good variety of cultural highlights, such as Poetry and Literary tents, as well as a good selection of non-mainstream music - even the food is above-average. Although originally deciding upon Friday because of the headline act - Snow Patrol - it turns out that there are several bands I really wanted to see, especially the re-formed The Veils, as well as The Zutons and Ed Harcourt.
