intro	Every year or so a visiting French Market appears in Diss. Whilst one or two of the local shopkeepers grumble darkly about its presence and the possible effect on trade, Diss is nevertheless heaving with people out in the sunshine, eager to purchase some overpriced Saucisse or a bit of Fromage.
