title Longview play Revolution Records, Diss - 2nd July 2004
intro One of Nosher's fave Indie bands, Longview, play a short acoustic set in Nosher's favourite record shop; Revolution Records in Diss. Not only that, but the "behind-the-counter" gang were even handing out beer to the regulars. It was a really cool mini-set, followed by CD and poster signing. Nosher also spotted a few familiar faces from the recent gig at Norwich Waterfront and had a poster from the 2003 tour signed as well :-) Nosher even carried some of the gear to the van: that's now two bands I can claim I've roadied for (excluding the BBs that is) - New Model Army in 1988 and Longview, 2004. I don't know if society imposes some sort of age-limit on this sort of thing (being in to bands like you're a teenager), but it was great fun hanging out at such an intimate, small gig.
dcp_0280 True to form, starting with a couple of photos that have nothing to do with the title. On being stuck on the A14 on the way back from work in Cambridge...
