Working on a Farm, Tibenham - July 1992

On a couple of occasions, Nosher helped out with tractor-driving and baling at the farm of Mike and Sue Ogilsby in Tibenham. Mike was an ex-lawyer who used to run a farm more as a hobby than anything else. On one occasion he bought his shotgun over to Geoff and Brenda's in Stuston, and due to the lack of a clay trap, improvised by standing in a ditch and hurling out lemonade bottles half-full of water which we would take it in turns to shoot at. He also achieved a modicum of local fame by cooking and eating his pet rabbit, "Feet", for dinner when it killed itself by accident whilst bouncing around too much after getting sun-stroke.
