RAIR - Terminals for your micro This is a very early advert for RAIR - the enigmatic British company which started out as a time-share consultancy and supplier of terminals. It shows a range of peripherals that would be needed for the average minicomputer system that was still popular at the time, despite the launch of all-in-ones like the Commodore PET and the Apple II, a couple of years before. The hardware on show isn't especially cheap. Even the Hazeltine H1400 "dumb" terminal at the top was £550, or about [[550|1979]] in [[now]], whilst the Hyterm daisy-wheel terminal/printer was a truly eye-watering £1,900 - that's about [[1900|1979]] now.
