title Working at Telefónica, Malaga, Spain - 6th June 2006 intro A last-minute trip to Malaga in southern Spain is required, so Nosher heads off via the, er, "charms" of EasyJet from Stansted. It's one of those trips where there wasn't really much time to mill around: the working day was generally 10am - 10pm, with an hour for lunch, and besides which, we were based out at the Parque Technológico, at Campanillas Málaga, some 20km out of the city centre. Nevertheless, there were a few hours in the evening to explore the old city from the base of the Palacio Málaga hotel, right next door to the cathedral. imgp1024 The square opposite the cathedral imgp1026 Café society imgp1027 An ornate entrance imgp1031c A busking clarinet imgp1033 A marbled back street imgp1034 Bull-horn sculptures imgp1035 Malaga alleyway imgp1036 Reading a book passes the time imgp1037 An escapee from a spaghetti western imgp1039 More café life imgp1041 Window and balcony imgp1044 Scenes from the back-streets of Malaga old town imgp1045 A graffitoed alleyway imgp1047b The almost-derelict Cine Astoria cinema imgp1049 A solitary figure sits in the Roman ampitheatre imgp1051 A woman watches the stray cats imgp1052 An woman feeds feral cats scraps of mystery meat imgp1053 The Spanish flag flutters in a town square imgp1056 Málaga cathedral imgp1065 Streetlight and church imgp1069 Interesting brick pattern and praying statue imgp1072 More graffiti imgp1075 A night-time scene from the hotel balcony imgp1076 Málaga Cathedral by night imgp1078 Calle Molina and the corner of the cathedral imgp1082 Out in Campanillas imgp1083 Our lunchtime café imgp1084 The dudes from Telefónica roam around imgp1086 Old Malaga town in the evening imgp1094 Oranges are slowly eaten by ants imgp1100 A tower imgp1102 The cathedral's main door imgp1104 Horses and carts wait for tourists imgp1111 The island of Jersey from the air imgp1119 The Isle of Wight, plus Hurst and New Milton imgp1123 Portsmouth from the air imgp1126 Heathrow airport
