title GR8 at the Cock and The BBs do a Live Recording, Diss and Shelfanger, Norfolk - 4th February 2006 intro Max, bass player out of the legendary BBs, can also be found playing in the band GR8. On this occasion, it's in a packed Cock Inn, on Fair Green in Diss, and appears to co-incide with someone's 40th birthday party, so the band even do a Ramones-style "happy birthday" just like in The Simpsons. Nosher, The Boy Phil and Bill head down - supposedly by bike, but Bill had a "flat tyre" so gave us a lift instead - and thrash around to some groovy sounds. Word. Later on, the BBs decide to do a live recording and so set up a charity gig at Shelfanger Village Hall - the takings are donated to charity, whilst the band gets an audience. imgp7162 Nosher cooks some pasta imgp7163 Nosher's photo on Tilting Sky flyers imgp7172 Max on bass imgp7177b Ian plays a bit of electric mandolin imgp7181 Ian and Geoff Sharkey imgp7183b A lighting can frames the scene imgp7190 Geoff on vocals and guitar imgp7195 The dancing crowd imgp7204 The party woman in red imgp7209 Phil looks worried as Bill gets close imgp7213 Ian just picked out by red light imgp7221 Birthday girl imgp7224 The packed Cock Inn imgp7225b Crazy dancing imgp7228 There's a look of surprise from party girl imgp7231 Tim A scowls at Nosher imgp7234 Rob roams around at Shelfanger imgp7239 Henry and Max imgp7241 The other Henry sets his kit up imgp7246 Both Henrys imgp7248 A crowd on the stage imgp7256b Shelfanger village hall imgp7261 Jo hangs about imgp7266b Jo points her hands out imgp7272 Henry behind his kit imgp7280 Henry looks up from his kit imgp7282b Alex comes on stage to fiddle with something imgp7284 The temporary recording studio imgp7286 Rob roams around imgp7288 Alex behind the desk imgp7292 The band hang around imgp7294 The gig's takings are handed over
