title A Fallen Tree at The Swan Inn, Brome, Suffolk - January 21st 2001 intro The big old tree in the pub's back garden decides to fall over in the night, on account of having its trunk infiltrated by honey fungus. It just scrapes the side of the pub, and wakes up Lorraine. It even makes the local paper - the Diss Express - which, for a change, manages to report on it within a few months of it actually happening. There are also a couple of photos of the new-ish and wobbly Millenium Bridge across the Thames in London. ft12 The fallen tree ft07 Another view of the tree ft14 Ian has a look around ft15 Claire stands next to the tree, for scale ft16 Ian inspects the stump ft18 The tree behind the pub ft19 The tree meets the pub ft21 Apple inspects the fungal destroyer ft22 Tree! ft23 A bench is the only thing that got properly trashed ft24 A view of the tree and stump from the back garden ft25 Another view of the fallen tree ft27 The Wobbly Bridge, with Southwark Bridge in the background ft20 The "wobbly" Milennium Bridge in London
